Bury Film Group – Our 10th Free Community Screening!

Our next free community screening is just around the corner, and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome everyone back for another brilliant afternoon at the cinema. This event marks our 10th screening – a milestone made possible thanks to the more than 750 people who’ve joined us over the past couple of years. It’s been amazing watching these screenings grow into something special for families, neighbours, and anyone who just enjoys sharing a good film together.

These screenings began as a very personal project. As an autistic person, I wanted to create a space where people could enjoy films without barriers: no cost worries, no pressure, and no judgement. Just a welcoming room, good company, and the joy of watching something together. The way the community has embraced this idea has been truly incredible.
